1. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, but not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.

2. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Kenya Shillings and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We make every effort to display accurate stock availability; however, errors may occur, and we cannot guarantee that an item will always be available.

3. Payment

We accept Mpesa,bank transfer and Cash Payment only. We don’t accept cheques. Payment must be made in full after the delivery of goods. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver products within 48 hours to the address provided at checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@asiligadgets.co.ke. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Warranty

All products sold on our Website are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. Please refer to the product documentation for warranty details. If you experience any issues with your product, please contact us at sales@asiligadgets.co.ke.

8. Limitation of Liability

Asili Gadgets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Website; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
